I’ll be honest, the Momcozy M6 is not my favorite pump. That’s not say it can’t work for some pumping mamas, but it’s just not for me. Let’s talk about it!
Pro’s:
Flange Construction
These flanges are well-constructed. They are easy to take apart and put together without any concerns about losing milk.
Battery Life
This pump has a strong battery life. I was able to pump for more than 20 minutes after the low battery sign came on.
Con’s:
Plastic Flanges
I personally prefer silicone flanges. I find them to be the most comfortable and effective type of flange for me. The Momcozy M6 pump does have a silicone seal around the edge of the pump, but the center of the flange (where the nipple actually sits) is made of plastic.
As I said before, the pump itself isn’t bad. I can move milk with it, but because it’’s made of plastic, I just don’t find the flanges to be comfortable.
Not a fan of silicone flanges?
You may find that the Momcozy M6 pump works very well for you! If plastic is your preference, give it a try and see what you think.
Not Tech Compatible
Unlike many other pumps on the market today (including other Momcozy pumps), the M6 is not compatible with any sort of app or smart device integration. This means you won’t be able to track or adjust the settings on your pump via your smartphone. This may or may not be a deal breaker for you. Just know that it’s not an option if that’s something you’d prefer.
