Not what I expected

I expected a smoother texture of fabric. Bag I received was damaged with scratches on fabric due to poor packaging.

I was reusing plastic freezer bags before purchasing this bag. I love that I am using less plastic. I love how easy it is to clean. I love that it was made in the USA. I love that you donate to RMH (My husband and I felt the love from meals by RMH volunteers while our first born was hospitalized).
