Pro's of the Unimom Opera
- Dual action pump -- allows you to change suction level settings for each breast
- Has two motors but still very lightweight
- Has a memory chip -- when you turn on your pump, it automatically returns to the last setting you used
- Offers both synchronized, alternating, and single pump suction
- Stronger pump than many other options on the market today
Con's of the Unimom Opera
- This pump is very expensive (though you may find a rental program or insurance coverage that makes it more affordable.)
Final Thoughts:
This is an incredibly versatile pump with many different ways you can use it. Overall, I think it's an excellent pump and if you can get it covered by insurance, this would be top of my list! Even if you can get it partially covered, I think it's still worth the money.
Now, if your insurance company doesn't cover this pump and you don't want to drop $600 on a breast pump (who can blame ya?!) don't worry! There are still many other pumps on the market that can get the job done. Click HERE to check out my full collection of breast pump reviews.
