1️⃣ eliminate as much air as possible. By eliminating air pockets you are reducing the chance of damage to these susceptible hollow spots within the bag ⠀
2️⃣ freeze flat! This will allow you to freeze in a more orderly fashion; easier to store and easier to keep track of quantity⠀
