Do's & Don'ts of Frozen Breastmilk

Using your frozen milk can seem like a daunting task, I promise it’s not.

𝘙𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯

Feed oldest milk first. Aim to begin rotating around 3 months in the freezer. Pick one day of the week “freezer Friday”, use this day to freeze all excess milk and feed thawed milk. More content to come ✨
